How is this channel still alive?

in other way "How this channel making money from copyrighted content"
 
Well in some vids he/she has copyright claims, but majority is not claimed. Maybe Marvel and Disney dont give a.f cause he adds amazon links in desc?
 
there is (are) technique(s) that will keep your channel alive through copyright claim/strike. Ofc no one shares even though it's easy trick. Test test test.
 
I think the copyright holders has no problem with it because they are getting free marketing from it.If had a product I would love affiliates promoting it.
 
I wonder if he adds a link to get donations via Paypal or Patreon "to support his channel so he can bring fans more videos", will Youtube ban his channel or they won't do anyhing. What do you think?

Do you hear yourself ? is not like marvel needs advertising from a small channel..

This is not about if company care (lol) by the law and the terms of Yt, you are down, no matter of who cares.
If you bypass Yt CC bots, you can monetize some until manual review hits you.

You can't monetise anything, Youtube won't even allow your channel to get monetised once they see it's copyrighted stuff and will reject monitisation straight away.

That is absolutely incorrect. You will be able to do this for a lifetime, as they are not able to fully patch/stop you from getting accepted/monetized. Just think for a little, and you will understand how easy it is to get approved. Later you can manipulate your channel for a period and still get paid. Otherwise, nobody would spend time messing with this.

Please tell me how then, because my channel didn't get approved for monetisation after I got my 1k subs & 4k view time. I have over 40k views per day to my channel. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to mention it publically.
 
That channel is helping PROMOTE the copyrighted materials....

The owner can easily BEAT any copyright claims by adding commentary
 
His fair use disclaimer might be helping some . Clips are also very short. Sometimes if copyright material get a lot of views, Marvel may be earning ad revenue that plays before videos.
