Hi gents,

anyone know how this youtube channel is able to monetise all there youtube videos?

from my eye i can see they are using some dark overlay of some sort so i am thinking, is that what is allowing the channel owner to monetise the channel? because the copyright isnt being detected?

looking forward to your thoughts on these and maybe some hacks that are tried, tested and worked

Nothing strange. Many creators use Overlays and they pitch voices a little so they lose originallity.

Ideal and heavy example of this niche is MindSmash, he really cares maybe too much lol.

Also, they use multiple content sources with short duration. No need to be 7 seconds exact, but short.

When YouTube bot come across this, there's nothing bad to be detected, except the creator pain to provide such quality content, as you can note.

He's doing his own commentary over everything, so it's considered fair use.

ahhhh, so because he uses his own commentary, he is able to use these types of "copyrighted" videos and monetise it himself? wouldnt a portion of it/all of the money go towards the original content owner?

thanks for your response, i will take a look at mindsmash and see their videos,

im just confused as to how people like the link attached in OP can use copyrighted videos and then monetise and keep the money for themselves. wouldnt the original owner flag it down and then claim all the viewed content money for themselve?

In theory, that could happen, but you need to know that this is a mutual cooperation.

1) YouTube gets free quality content to offer
2) YouTube Advertisers are happy
3) This content belongs to Brands, they get free promotion, more hype, they are happy
4) Brands always rank top for almost any keyword, they stay there during the hype, they take every content creator traffic at the end
5) Creators receive money, they are happy

Cool right? :)

Content creators give huge efforts to scrape every single source, provide value, provide quality, own commentary, or just highlights of hot stuff in their niche, it is appreciated by everybody.

He's using multiple clips and creating a compilation with his own commentary. Very different from ripping a video and trying to upload it as your own.

Is there a specific amount of length of time a clip needs to be?

you can use amazon affiliates for this type of channel,
give the links in description of amazon products like men supplements, sports items specially boxing,
