It's very simple, first you need to create image you can use website like lensa.ai or leonardo.ai
After creating image, you can generate video with speaking avatar by using https://www.d-id.com/

Yeah totally, but if the post goes viral and they see it was a copy then i suggest deleting it. It's better to make your own AI Video so that when it goes viral you dont have to worry about anything
