Hey.
Go to google and search for "auto traffic avalanche review"

You will see video results on rank 1 and when you click to watch the videos it redirects to his main website which has no video.

How can I do the same?

Well atleast for me it seems he have spot 1 and 2 anyway for his website Maybe thats why the videos rank that good too. Dunno about other googles though , might be different
