I want to promote my online tool via Shareasale as an advertiser. Has anyone used this network before? How is it?

I've used it for a few years. Never had an issue.

Are there many affiliates to promote the services and products from merchants?

It's very solid and proven network with great CPS history. It does have a lot of advertisers for that matter anyway. And anyone really can do that much if you want to. It's much much better for example than linkshare and commission junction.

As an affiliate: It's great, pay on time etc. As an advertiser I can't really say, but I don't see any issues.
