How is panic over coronavirus affecting you?

Just be careful because people are going crazy from being in lockdown! Actually, I've just been talking about this with the microwave and toaster while drinking tea and we all agreed that things are getting worse. I didn't mention anything to the washing machine as she puts a different spin on everything. Certainly not to the fridge as he is acting cold and distant. In the end, the iron straightened me out as she said everything will be fine, no situation is too pressing. The vacuum was very unsympathetic... told me to just suck it up, but the fan was more optimistic and hoped it would all soon blow over! The toilet looked a bit flushed when I asked its opinion and didn’t say anything but the doorknob told me to get a grip.
The front door said I was unhinged and so the curtains told me to ........yes, you guessed it

I have heard there are stacks of Urns still being sent to China. Body count is still climbing there just not reporting.

panic buying everywhere. Can't even buy isopropyl alcohol or disinfectant sprays. Takes 4 hours to get inside a grocery story and another 3hours lining up at the cashier

Not really panic buying if they say avoid going out and stay inside for months. That means people want to buy all they need so they never have to go back out again. Ever. Also if liquor stores are open in your area EverClear and some whiskeys have the strength of about 60% rubbing alcohol or basically take the "proof" divide by 2 thats the percent.

there is no room to panic 'coz if you do, you will lose the battle. Health and mental awareness are very important factors in combat coronavirus.

I'm grateful that it's business as usual for me.
I get to keep my job as it's a small tech company, and we actually boomed because people are staying at home and finding things to do.
I get more time to experiment too on online side hustles like YouTube.
I do hope that things goes back to normal as fast as it can.
It sucks seeing people struggling because of this.
