How is MyLead CPA network's support?

They claim to have support 24/7. Yet I messaged in their live chat regarding an offer yesterday and it's about to be 24 hours with no response. Tried contacting them in skype, there also no response. Even no support is available in discord also.

Here in BHW, they were last seen in December 2023.

I was about to run an offer but getting no response everywhere shows a red flag when they claim support is available 24/7.
