I posted to one forum and another part of the page I screenshotted says 3 visits. The domain has existed for months, but I haven't been driving traffic, and the current website's contents have only been up for a few days. http://imgur.com/j6EbeAD

Probably your stats plugin tracks bots/spams also, that's why you will see there is a spike shows up on the chart.

Maybe you are receiving referral traffic from European Commission for not complying with the European Union Cookie Law. Check your analytics.

DO you have analytics installed? If so, you should be able to easily determine the traffic sources.

We need sources. If you had Google Analytics set up on your website, you would've been able to tell where the traffic came from. It could be direct, social media, e-mail, referral, organic, or even referral spam traffic for all we know.

By the way, I don't think you want that page ranking in Google for your URL.

Submit a link to a directory, backlinks comments, youtube channel.

You can purchase the service if trouble doing the job.

I suggest you go to youtube and start building sales channels.
It usually works automatic, because so many people are on youtube at this time
