Usually get paid for an action they induced other users to commit (like a singup or a sale)
The vps is only there to allow them to host and grow multiple IG accounts.
All this information is readily available if you just cared to look around before asking to be spoonfed.

Spoonfed? Fair enough, lol. Was just wondering why they were using a VPS, looked around and all I saw was people asking questions about what VPS to use.
