After some searching and reading for quite a few hours, I have decided to go with iPage web hosting. I spoke to them over chat support and he answered all the queries with patience.

My requirement is to have four personal websites and I am looking to have my own personal email address as well. Prices are low but certainly not unbelievable.

Is iPage good enough? I am on the fence. If some of you have experience with iPage then I can take the leap.

P.S - I would have continued with the purchase but currently they are facing issues in creating my account(silly). That has led me to confusion.

iPage is crap. Seriously.

Consider PowerUpHosting for instance. You can't go wrong with them.

It's shit that's why it's so cheap. EIG owned hosting companies are all useless.

I'd rather you go to the marketplace and find a hosting service that can provide you more reliable hosting.

I have tried many different hosting and no joke but iPage is really the worst I tried.

Honest that includes free hosting too

Thanks people. Skipped iPage. :). I will look something in marketplace.

Hi Cherry,
I definitely highly encourage you to look at the reviews. Their is a ton of us out there, and we would all love to help you!

Hi mate!
I didn't hear about iPage ever. I have used BlueHosting for the hosting of my site.
It really seems best web hosting for much faster browsing on site. You can check their services.

Well, I don't know why there is so much negative comments about ipage. I had hosted one of my domain on ipage for an year. Their support team is quite good. But eventually I cancelled because of their high renewal cost. Although my site was a simple one so may be I did not face such problems. And this experience was back in 2013. Now after that I have been hosting all my domains with namecheap and I am very happy with them :)

I did not have a website for my personal portfolio so I purchased a domain from namecheap and hosted in iPage for $21/year. It is slow. CPanel is crap. I can see why people told me to stay away from it. It is good for personal use and after the first year I won't be renewing it. They are cheap and 'you get what you pay for'. For my IM project, I cannot rely on them so I am going for BHW marketplace.

Most of the people here suggested to have hosting and domain with different vendors so I won't be hosting with namecheap too. :)

bluehost is also looking good, I will consider it before I decide. Thanks. :)

We are not impressed with iPage hosting service/support.

Than we have migrated our account to Hostgator, so for we are happy now.

The industry to so critical when we consider pricing & service & support.

I could see that iPage hosting do have some good ratings as well as reviews on its side. Though i don't have any experience in iPage I could suggest you to go for that based on the reviews of the customers who has hosted in that company.

As I mentioned early iPage hosting's review is good, but other than that they also provide live chat facility to the customers which is a key thing to be noted from the customer end.

I agree, when it boils down to it, its going to depend on your own experience. I will always try out the service before I get it.

Ipage are a fucking ripoff. They autorenewed my account 2 weeks before the renewal was supposed to be and charged 8 times the original amount paid for a year of hosting. Cunts are going to pay me back eventually, if not through paypal then my bank will surely help. Fuckers also tried to swindle me by telling me if I cancel the dispute then I can get a refund... LOL, typical scammers.

It's like Hostgator, so yeah, it's shit. As mentioned previously, EIG companies are shit nowadays.

For every person the out come could be different. You could have a great experience with them and then the next guy has the worst in the world.
