i came across a youtube channel which has got videos that should have been taken down because of copyright material.

But to my surprise the videos are getting tons of views and also they are monetized.

But How ? is my question.

Youtube don't have the ability to know about every copyright material criminals. But whenever they get report than they check it out and taking down channels
