How is google tracking me ? How to bypass that ?

I'm trying to create gmail accounts :

My problem is that google is not considering me a new fresh user although I'm doing the regular cleaning routines.
I thought it would be better to post here because it's more likely that a coder knows the anwser.
How is google tracking me ? ( I killed chrome's background processes already)

PS: I found 2 java script functions on gmail webpage with the flag "warn" in them.

I'm not asking to be spoon-fed. just point me in the right direction.

google will detect any public VPNs and well known Companies VPN. the only way to bypass google verification is to use socks5 Proxies. try to buy like 3-5 Socks Proxies, and manually try to register 3-5 accounts, if it works well. automate it. do not forget to fake header.
