How is everyone doing today?

I always work 7 0 even with few workouts in a day

For recovery I use nothing or ice bath

I do a lot of cardio daily and everything normally in the gym, lifting, weights, pull ups, dips, abs, lower back, legs, whatever, neck.

Point: you don't need a day off neither you should spend every day at gym (I spend 5-6 so lol) but.. 3 hours of running is a blessing for example

Add weights, and you won't feel a run without weight

Not for soft souls, just hard core workout, always progressing

Edit: I do this last 15 years or a bit more, so if you wanna trust this message, consider it's safe to never stop.

Don't use proteins, BCAA glutamine, not to mention anything else. Not tested but well known, it's a garbage.

Max minerals and vitamins, health food with what suits you the best from meat. A lot of green and white food is needed to save your bones.

You absolutely need a day off. Didn't came by any workout plan which is without off day (also on gym day you "damage" your muscles, that they will recover and be bigger and stronger, and they recover on off day), 3 - 4 days a week is enough to build a muscle. Of course if you use anabolic steroids you will have way different workout plan.
Use proteins if you need them. It's nothing harmful (every food you eat has proteins). If you need to supplement your diet plan, use protein shake.
I think supplements that are really worth taking : vitamins and minerals, protein, BCAA, creatine.
BCAA are amino acids, proteins consists of amino acids. Nothing harmful.
Creatine is in every meat, and we also have creatine in our bodies (muscles and bloodstream).

Creatine is king :)

Creatine is king :)

Really! And it's price/quality ratio is unmatchable.
I remember trying creatine for first time, I wasn't hyped about it, because I knew it was just only a supplement, and they don't work as magic.
I didn't do loading phase, so soon, after days of taking it, I felt it in my workout. I pushed my last rep too easily compared to before, and I feel that there's energy for even one more, and I was like Wow, that's impressive.
I really didn't expect such big effect from supplement, so I was really surprised. A day to remember :D .

edit. Forgot to put my affiliate to creatine. Well, maybe next time :D
