Fast payments, immutable, nobody can block your funds easily like Paypal Revolut or similar stuff, ownership and even privacy if used well. It is also easily accesible with only a smartphone comparing to making a bank account. Also it is used in p2p systems so you can even remove the middle man

Crypto is an experiment deriven by big guys who control the world, don't believe the hype. They can change it in any direction at any time they want.
The block chain technology is a great thing as a public ledger for storing data. Sadly they can manipulate it and rollback the ledger - already done several times.
The good news is regulation is coming and we see more adoption and more tokenized assets in next years.
