there is a lot pro and cons, but basicly most thing is easies to enter with crypto technology, one example you want to do IPO for your company vs doing ICO.

Crypto is an experiment deriven by big guys who control the world, don't believe the hype. They can change it in any direction at any time they want.

The block chain technology is a great thing as a public ledger for storing data. Sadly they can manipulate it and rollback the ledger - already done several times.

The good news is regulation is coming and we see more adoption and more tokenized assets in next years.
