How is anyone even able to use Adcenter?

when you make a new account and set up your campaign, after about 30 mins you get logged out and from then on will be unable to log back on. this means your account has been closed for w/e bullshit false reason they have. this has happened to almost everyone. just google it if you dont believe me.

They will not tell you what reason at all. When you can't log in what they will do is ask you send them an email and they will reply you back within 3-5 business day. After that you will receive the same format email "Your account is remaining closed". That is all. Worst thing is i add payment using my paypal or credit card and did not create any campaign yet i can't log in at all. One Tip quit adcenter go to adwords!

Was it a legit account, with your real name and credit card ? or did you use BS info and a VCC only to redeem a coupon ?

I am currently using adcenter (legit account with my company name) with no problem.

(Side note: bumping your thread every other hour like an histerical freak is useless, everyone lives on different timezones you know)

i used my real name and paypal (same name as paypal). im from canada though but made my billing address some fake US one, its not same as my paypal billing address. i doubt thats why though. many other ppl are legit and they still get their account banned after creating a campaign.

I've never had a problem with adcenter.

You just answered your own question. AdCenter is not stupid. "I doubt that's why though" lmao; that's exactly why you got banned because I'm using it just fine as well as all the other members on here by using LEGITIMATE INFORMATION. You happen to know "many other ppl are legit" because you know them personally right? There's far too many reasons AdCenter is banning accounts but you coming on BHW and crying about having your account banned after providing FALSE information to them; what are you expecting from us by bumping the thread over and over? To contact Microsoft on your behalf and have your account unbanned?

Seriously buddy, AdCenter has no reason to be banning legit accounts; if they were in the business of banning legit accounts, they wouldn't be up and running right now. Go sign up using legit information and stop crying here on BHW.

Their interface sucks but it works as long as you have legit info.

The interface is crap though. Of that I think we can all agree.
