Just with bank payment - add your bank details, it should be country-specific so you can add the banking details suitable for your country

Did you get your PIN in the mail? Been a while since I ran AdSense, I'm not sure if they distribute payments before you verify your pin.

It pays by direct bank transfer. Earlier it used to pay by cheque as well but stopped it.
