How is 1channel (.) ch boldly running their website? The site has a clean and nice design, massive number of registered users and gets millions of page views per month. How are they doing this so openly? Other pirated movie sites looks sneaky and not too popular, but this one is an exception.

Also, can anyone please post a clone script of 1channel, or something close enough? It will help not only me, but many BHW users I believe.

They are not hosting any files just linking out to external providers...so not doing anything illegal

But didn't tvshack owner got into trouble for doing the same thing?

It depends where you live. He was living in the UK and we have some heavily one sided extradition agreements it seems.

In the UK, it is not against the law, but it is in the US.

I imagine that it's probably 'safer' in other countries that don't have such a relationship with the US.

They now have a CPA offer on the first page which you need to complete to continue to the site.

i think you accidentally went to 1chanel.ch instead of 1channel.ch 1chanel isn't affiliated with 1channel. but they must be getting alot of money, because lots of people would think that 1chanel.ch is real...
