how instagram panels work ?

hi , first i apologize for my weak English it`s hard to explain what i exactly mean but i hope you get my point

there are some sites and apps that sell followers , comments and ...

as i know there are 2 types of them

1-users get coin by follow others and others will follow u as the same when u spend coins

2- there is website with panel

no need to follow or get coins , u only spend money and buy it
** the followers follow ur page super fast ( 1k per hour ) and when i check their profiles its obvious fakes

this is what i`m curious about that | How they Do that ?

i thought about using Vmware and Virtual machine but its work at least for 10 accounts

also Buying Servers or Vps are too expensive and for 1 ip cant load more than 4 accounts

so how they Do these Services in minutes ? thousands of likes and followers from different region and genre per hour or day ?!??!

it should be some Trick and cheap ways cause there are many sites and many different services around the web

Sometimes followers are real profiles thats why they unfollow you. I guess they have collected tons of access tokens through fake websites and instagram f4f apps.

i think about this and maybe this is true

but they are very various services for example followers from USA , UK , Russia , Arabic

and the speed of likes and follows is too fast , sometimes about 1K per 5 five minutes and its impossible to do with coin and f4f apps in this time and match region

i`m sure they use some other ways

what i mean is that they have of course an own program for this. They used fake f4f apps and websites to get access to accounts through the access token when they log in. They were just using the app to get username and password to put that account in their network

however these days most of users protect their account from stolen ( using 2 verification pass and ... ) , also we will notice if follow or like someone in hidden by others right ??

it`s not just about instagram that need user and password , these social panels increase Youtube views , Telegram views , Twitter and ...

that`s why i`m curious about this

They own access token of both fake and real accounts like @bbeck2346 said.
The rest is sending request to do the task via IG API
