How important to set up a real store address?

I was registered my Shopify store as my home address but I have faced the problem that in this area Shopify payments are not allowed. Can I change my store address to the other country addres in which I am not officialy registered? I am actually living in this other country right now in which Shopify payments are allowed, but I am not registered here and I do not have any proof that I'm living here. So I am just curious or will not be any problems in the future if my store address is basically has nothing in common with me.

You can use an alternative like PayPal payments.

Or if you can somehow collect the payment and all you need is an address, search for "virtual address COUNTRYNAME" (without the quotes).
