How important is warming up for non-botted account?

Hey, I'm just wondering in your experience how important is warming an account up if its not botted? I've just started a new insta account and I want to grow it starting now but I'm not sure if its a good idea, the account is already phone verified and I can easily email verify.

Consider posting contents first and waiting until it's a month old or so to use the bot. This is to prevent your account from getting banned.

Yeah, if you go hard right away you'll get banned in a day.

If you are never going to use bots, the warm up is irrelevant. Just start playing with your account.

No real person with one account will ever warm up an account and then start using it.
