Interesting. Would you still recommend optimizing for Bing?Bing traffic main source is US, their global traffic is marginal.

Then Bing google too ,use squarespace should be the optimum, because it has schema include automatical, image alt links ( manual input) cleaner code, no plugins will mess up with your code. And here is one insider comment that fits
It is mostly just Google spill-over, but Bing is definitely different. If you want to get some, then you need to concentrate a lot on exact anchor text linking, schemas, and high DA aged domain – Bing has an algorithmic fetish for nostalgia and being very direct, while Google relies on their semantic AI. Don’t forget to submit your site map into Bing Webmaster Tools because they don't automatically crawl everything like Google
Let always when you have built your site with topical clusters (necessary today) index by Bing. Bing lets you index and ranking faster, later you will show up on google too, so you profit form 2 organic seo traffic sources.Interesting. Would you still recommend optimizing for Bing?
Since when Bing US traffic organic seo is useless? Check some big media newspaper sites and see how much traffic they get from Bing USA.Innexistent for us. Not that many people use it so it's useless to us. It's mostly US traffic, they have about 10% market search share so if you're not marketing to the US (which already has a lower visibility than other search engines, and mostly desktop at that), you're focusing on the wrong source.
Interesting. Have you noticed any niches where Bing performs particularly well?yeah for most sites bing is a nice extra traffic source, not something people actively chase, usually good google seo already brings decent bing traffic too.
As a member who receives consistent traffic from Bing, I've noticed that some actively optimize for this platform, as it has different features and algorithms compared to Google. This includes adjusting keywords and creating specific content that resonates with the Bing audience. However, I've also seen that many SEO efforts on Google work well naturally on Bing, although it's advisable to make some specific optimizations to maximize performance.I am curious to hear from members who get consistent traffic from bing. Do you actively optimize for bing or do your google seo efforts naturally work there as well?
Note though, that this Bing thread seems to make clear that traditional or ongoing SEO concepts (like keywords, url or title structure, etc) all of a sudden come back as ranking factors compared to the more opaque terms (queries, pillars, intent et al) dominating the Google heavy scene today. It's almost as if the mighty G wants things to be less understandable or logically assessible for US SEO practitioners. And yet SEO providers here report they can get their "ancient ways" to generate traffic all the same. Hmmm, could it be that the verbiage is just meant to make people more dependent on Google to scrutinize their ranking efforts? As a member who receives consistent traffic from Bing, I've noticed that some actively optimize for this platform, as it has different features and algorithms compared to Google.
