Hey everyone,
I’ve been running SEO sites for a while now, i started like a year and a half ago. Mostly niche sites, some PBNs, local landing pages in iGaming.
At first, 20-30 sites felt manageable. Because the number was small enough to manually go through each one - change a footer here, tweak a link there. You could do it in an evening.
At 50 sites, things started slipping. Updates took longer, cuz some sites would have old footers, broken links, outdated offers. The manual work was already becoming a burden.
Now i’m at 70+ and honestly, it’s a total mess. It takes forever to update anything. Content needs constant tweaking. Deploying to Cloudflare Pages is a headache every single time.
And i don’t want to hire more people just to keep things running.
So i started looking for a way to manage everything from one place, without manual work, without hiring devs.
Some friends recommended AffBulk. They met at an iGaming event in Thailand and told me to check it out.
At first I was skeptical, but you know...now i get it.
You don’t have to rebuild everything from scratch. You just set up your templates, your prompts, your blocks – and then you generate pages, deploy them, update them across all sites at once. No more hunting for old footers. No more manual deploys. Everything from one dashboard.
It’s not magic, but it saves me hours every week. And I don’t need a dev to change a footer anymore.
Curious if anyone else here has tried it or if you’re dealing with the same scaling problems.
What’s your setup for managing multiple sites?
