great posts and replies few questions for you. did you turn on the option in xrumer to referrer spam while it posts?

what sites where you using prstorm on? when did you start using prstorm? is it a constant thing or later in the game? how many hits and such.

I have already list of more than 50,000 URLs list but I don't know how good are they. Please share me if you have good and tested URL list.

I dont use pligg so i cannot say if they are good or not, i could only harvest fresh ones.. 50K urls sounds like a pretty big list to me..

didn't see such an option in xrumer.
i mainly used prstorm on webaliser and awstats. used it weekly for the first weeks to hit less than 10000 urls per blast for each of the 7 sites, i avoided to be banned ^^. last week, once i had a super linkbuilding, it was non stop cuz i blasted my 107 sites ^^. with 107 sites, you can't go fast enough with one PC to get banned even if 100 of the sites don't have a strong linkbuilding. i wanted to give juice to the whole thing and it worked

Congrats on achieving some great positions. I have a quick question as I am a little confused. So you did the initial mininet of 7 properties which I understand.

But it total you had 107 properties/blogs pointing directly at the money site? I just wanted to confirm that you had 107 properties pointing at the money site and not just the 7 in the mininet. Then each property you spent a lot of effort using autopligg, xrumer, lfe and other tools to get them to flow enough link juice to rank well.

How fast did you aim to build up your bl's for your 7 sites - and for 'blackhattitude.blackhattitude.org'?
I know with xrumer you don't really know how many posts are going to actually stick or not, but what bl numbers were you aiming for from the beginning of the contest?

ex.
7 Sites BL's Goal
Day 1: 1000
Day 2: 2000
Day 3: 2500
etc etc

blackhattitude.blackhattitude.org
Day 1: 100
Day 2: 200
Day 3: 250

I feel your numbers would give alot of us some piece of mind when blasting sites with tools like xrumer - knowing that we arent backlinking so hard we get sandboxed/banned.

HAHA! LOL!! I love this quote of yours. So true whenever there are cry babies on here claiming a popular tool "sucks" or "doesn't work."

Just because someone doesn't know how to properly cut an onion doesn't mean the knife sucks or doesn't work!

I am a newbie here, and have never tried any of the tools the OP used. That said, there is a lot to learn in these posts people.

But then again, I have built plenty of sites (just with no SEO) before.

Reading this gave me so many ideas for a few sites I want to be building in the new year.

i had bought xrumer few weeks before the contest and had seen that amounts of persisting links weren't very high. not something like 5000/day which could have warned googlebots. i hoped a maximum bl without being banned. i did know i could expect few hundreds/week, i hadn't more precise expectations.

if one understands how bots do work, he would try to think about content spinning and proxying. hundreds and hundreds of same spam messages are a sure way to get banned imho.

if you do think about a real buzz, getting massive amount of bl shouldn't necessary be considered as spam in googlebot's eyes. the problem here is : we get bl from same sources (phpbb, vbulletin, blogs) and that could be a clue indicating that we are spammers. On the other side, google simply can't blindly ban on this sole base : everyone could easily negative seo his competitors by "offering" them an xrumer blast

the other (and main imho) risk is a spam report from someone you over rank, resulting in being visited by a quality rater. reading quality rater guideline (as far as i know, only 2007 version is public and not by the willing of google ) would help avoiding being banned in such circumstances i guess.

to say it quick, i had a SWOT approach and it worked ^^

Thanks, for your strategy, I notice that you only use single anchor text variation do you think single anchor text variation will work equally well on non exact match domain name?

e.g. my domain is bestgreenwidget.com and my main kw is green widget , can I use single anchor text variation , i.e green widget?

Additionally to it I was kinda confused about the structure...

- Please verify the structure in the image below if I understood u right pls.
- With a new domain,. can u do the mininet at on the next day and start spamming the hell out of the 6 sites around the main page?
- Is there an alternative for the 6 pages around it? Like making the 6 sites with a freehoster+subdomain? for people like me without much capital
