Meta is strict on new profiles now. Here’s what I do:

  • Create new FB account > wait 30 days
  • Join groups, make 2–3 comments daily
  • Add 10 friends, post 1 photo
  • Don’t use VPN or mobile hotspot
After 1 month, use it to create or admin a BM. Works 9/10 times.

Your warm-up strategy is quite stable and in line with the current meta. However, if you want to increase your survival rate, I recommend using a stable residential IP, dividing your activity schedule according to real people's daily life rhythms, and delaying at least 24 hours after creating a new BM before taking action. The meta is extremely sensitive now, so the more natural and slow you are, the longer you will survive.

Thanks for sharing it is helpful to me at this time

I also follow the same method, but i usually wait around 20-25 days before using it for BM and using the account like a real person really helps. Meta is very strict now, so slow and steady is the best option to warm up account.

Thanks for sharing your strategy is very suitable for the current time However we can use real IDs For more stability and long term operation so that Meta can confirm and identify You as an authentic user

Thank you for sharing it is very useful then we can develop sustainably

Solid method, especially waiting the 30 days and keeping activity natural. Avoiding VPN/hotspots helps a lot too. Been doing something similar with good results, patience really pays off with new FB accounts now.

actually, any slow way can works. Just take action slow as a normal person

Thanks for the share. Totally agree. Slow and steady does win the game. The key is to make your account blend in before you scale. Just to add, stick to one device, one IP, and keep your activity patterns as human as possible.

Solid advice! I’ve been rushing the process before and kept hitting restrictions. Waiting 30 days and building real activity makes a huge difference. Definitely trying this approach next time!

I find your new Facebook account nurturing strategy very effective, especially waiting 30 days and doing slow, natural interactions. This helps the account gain credibility and avoids being flagged by Meta when you later use it to manage BM.
