I then realized, that the best kind of workers are the ones, who doesn't know ,that they are working for you, if that makes sense(if it doesn't it will soon). I was looking at flippa and noticed how many crappy site without any revenue are for sale. And although ,they don't sell for much ,they still sell. Then I made a few flippa accounts and build a site which offers article writing. I start looking on various places to find outsourcers. Usually they were charging about $1 for 100 words. Ok, when creating my listing I put something like 'Unique business, runs on autopilot blah blah blah earn up to $xx per sale. I'll give as a bonus list of 5 suppliers, free hosting ,free support for 3 months etc.'
The thingy was, I actually was making 5 emails forwarded to my main email and gave them to the buyer. I also doubled the price of the articles so in my listing was saying the supplier charges $2.
Did you get the idea? After I sold a few sites for like $20-$30 making a loss from the actually sale, I was teaching the buyers how to promote their new websites, and of course I told them to use PPC as that is the easiest way to get on page 1 of google.
Note:All the buyers were noobs
All of them actually start doing PPC and start getting orders,which they were sending to my emails, paying me $2 per 100 word and I was able to find writers willing to write in the range between $0.60 and 1 making a $1 profit per every 100 words ordered.
I was making about $200 a week pure profit just sending emails after the initial setup. I know that's not much for some people and it involves some investment, but I'm sure that can be scaled up.
Anyway I moved to other things and don't use it anymore.
