How I turned £30 into £210

lol that's gambling, not making money
and we have locally, this type of gambling.
eventually you'll lose this $210 and more if you continue gambling on experts opinions .s

If betting is as easy as reading the newspaper, how come that betting companies make so much money?

Hello,

I have a full automated database related to french horse races.
Here in France, horses gambling is a really big market (>10 billions ????), but I never did sell any horse race advice.
Perhaps an IM idea if you can automatize all the processes ... (if you have some programming skills, it would be easy, I did my own system with Python).

gg

PS : sorry for my poor language, I am just French !!!

I used to trade the horse races ..its the same principle, but I would bet on the movement of the odds (Up, or down)

I also have a dabble on the horses directly, and have been pretty successful! My next door neighbor is a gambling addict, and he loves the horses .. He once won a 6 horse accumulator! With a 2 pound bet, he won almost a hundred thousand!!!

Good luck, don't get greedy. This is like poker, depending on capital,it's suggested to play on a certain limit. So as you have 230 pounds now, don't bet them all,or half the next day.Keep your bets on a avarage of about 10-20 pounds a day,so you're going to be safer.

Hmm...Maybe use the 210 to start up a small gambling system, where people lose money to you instead of you doing the same to another company. Of course there's quite a few hurdles you'll have to go through but the chances of generating a positive income with a system is much better than gambling

Gambling isn't a business and you can't make money from gambling, because you're it's um, gambling.

I remember seeing a thread on bhw asking people to do simple arithmetic and like 40% got it wrong, so really it's no wonder that people think you can make money with gambling with "systems" and "not chasing losses". That's all just crap.

Games like roulette are just a way for you to bleed money. You'll bleed 5-11%(depending on the type of roulette) of your bankroll over time. Sometimes you'll win, sometimes you'll lose, but mathematically it's around 5-11% you'll end up losing over many hands.

Even with sports you're up against the bookmakers who calculate the odds with mathematicians and computer systems. It's very hard to consistently beat them. Unless you're a better mathematician and can manage to come up with an algorithm that successfully incorporates more variables then you're not going to consistently win.

None of this is business. It's just a fool's game. The type of fool who wants a quick buck. You make money by providing value, plain and simple.

Wait, when did I say gambling was a business?

And of course you can make money from gambling. Just don't rely on it, that's all I'm saying.

You could not pay with paypal! This is a gamble, and paypal does not approve of this.

odds are always crap if you lay on football or horses, and you end up putting more and more on, i did it for a while but its not fool proof, lost in the end, be careful with football, surprising how many times draw games can screw you up
