Just get a wordpress script and 2-3 pages of content. I target around 20 keywords while blasting. !

well put togheter guide. i agree with almost everything in it. what i particularly don't like is the 100k links in one go 
I'd never do that, not even with an old domain. If you had 10 links/mo for the past year and now you spike to 100k in a day does that look common to you?

that doesn't look common.. So I always advice you to do it with a new domain or with a newly registered old aged domain from godaddy.. Remember to 301 it later to your money site. DON'T EXPERIMENT ON YOUR MONEY SITE IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO RISK IT. IT'S GAMBLING.

After looking around at 1000s of sites still ranking in hypercompetitive niches post update...
It's clear link velocity means even less than it ever did.
Sites will throw in 5000-10,000 links in 1-2 days and then no more links show up in majestic SEO the rest of the month... these sites are ranking well.
