Hey everyone,
I'm quite new here but wanted to share something that has worked really well for me, especially if you're into email marketing, lead generation, or social media automation.

I’ve been working as a digital marketer and freelancer for over 3 years, mostly focusing on cold email outreach and automation. What I discovered early on is that using aged Gmail accounts drastically improves email deliverability and reduces the chances of getting flagged or banned — especially when using tools like Gmass, Instantly, or Lemlist.

Here’s what I do:

I use aged Gmail accounts (created in 2020–2022) that have a clean IP and decent reputation

Warm them up using Mailwarm or manual methods

Then use them in bulk for cold emailing campaigns

Also use some for managing multiple YouTube or social media accounts

Results?

Higher inbox rate

Fewer suspensions

Better response from cold leads

I’m not selling anything here — just sharing what’s working for me. If anyone else here is using aged accounts in a different way (like SEO, IG automation, etc), I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks BHW for having such a valuable community.

Thanks for your question!
Right now, my cold email outreach mainly focuses on lead generation for local businesses, eCommerce stores, and digital services. I use a small batch of aged Gmail accounts to maintain better deliverability and inbox rates. Tools like Instantly, Lemwarm, and Mailreach help me keep everything warm and clean.
Would love to hear more about your approach too — are you running similar campaigns?

What is your deliverability rate for cold emailing?
Thanks for the question! Our cold emailing deliverability rates are consistently high because we keep our email lists clean, use customized messaging, and monitor performance regularly. We ensure that emails are sent to properly targeted, clean lists, and we regularly optimize subject lines, content, and sending patterns to avoid spam filters. While deliverability rates may vary slightly based on specific campaigns and industries, we generally strive to maintain a 90%+ rate. Our goal is to provide professional and effective cold emailing services that are consistent with email marketing best practices.

I used to do it back in 17-18' for guest post outreach

I have access to lemlist from the appsumo deal! Wondering how could I put into use again

Use Lemlist’s Personalization Feature: Since you are an expert in guest post outreach, you can make each email more customized and targeted by using Lemlist’s Personalization feature. It can automatically add the recipient’s name, company, or other details that will make them more likely to open the email.

2. Re-engage old contacts: If you have a list of old bloggers or website owners that you contacted in 2017-18, you can reuse that list if they are still active. Lemlist’s warm-up feature will help your emails reach your inbox without going to the spam folder.

3. Target new niches: If you are looking for new blogs or websites that are interested in guest posts, you can use Lemlist’s automation and segmentation tools to categorize those leads and reach them more easily.

4. Test subject lines and content: Lemlist has an A/B testing feature, which lets you test different subject lines and email content to see which ones generate the most interest. This will help you refine your strategy over time.

5. Monitor metrics: You can use Lemlist’s analytics to track open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates, which will allow you to fine-tune your campaigns.

This way, you can start a successful guest post outreach campaign again using your old experience and Lemlist’s powerful tools.

What is the average conversion rate >3% ?
The average conversion rate for cold emailing campaigns typically ranges from 1% to 2%. However, a conversion rate of over 3% is considered excellent and indicates that the campaign is highly targeted and engaging. Achieving this level of conversion requires optimizing subject lines, personalization, and the overall value of the offer being presented.
