how i start drop servicing with no website ?

From what I know I think Instagram now allows you to sell through their marketplace without having a website. Even Facebook do Too.

When you lack funds, you must compensate with clout.
Get your services listed on a platform like Shopify or Etsy.
Find a method for posting a lot of content on SM that works.
Grow some social media accounts so you may promote your products there.

Figure out an area people are making money at or trying to.
Learn a method.
Do the method and as you do it create an "s.o.p." (standard operating procedure). This will contain all the things you need to do to accomplish each task and nothing more, nothing less.
Once you have the S.O.P look on fiverr for what people are paying per output.
Follow the S.O.P. and time yourself and measure your output per hour. I would do 25minutes worth and consider 2 25 minute sessions in an hour with 5minute breaks or 10m of distraction per hour a good metric.
Based on your dollar per hour output, you will then begin training a virtual assistant in the phillipeans or something.
There are other methods. You might just buy links using just another panel and sell them on fiverr for instance.
But I would aim for a niche make money online area you want to follow. The reason being you can get better price per hour if you can hire someone in bulk and sell them on the idea they won't have to spend time looking for gigs and will always have work. When you don't have fiverr gigs coming in you have them build your business. When they do you have them build someone elses and get paid more per hour than their work is worth due to the system you built.
That is my idea with it anyways. Some may have different ideas.

I think many people who don't have money would be better off working for other people on the business they ultimately want to build and learning along the way.
If drop serviciing is the thing, I like the idea of building a business at the same time.
like e-commerce, or SEO or building websites.
Each business has tasks required to do this. For example, E-Commerce may require print on demand plus coming up with graphics, keyword research, writing descriptions, and generating links to your order page. In some E-Commerce businesses you're doing more shopify/drop shipping route and there are tasks associated with that. For SEO you're generating links you're doing on page optimization, you're getting listed in directories, etc. Each one of these tasks other people would pay for, and so if you do it yourself first to make the money, you'll know the business and be better able to train virtual assistants. Some drop servicers would rather spend money to flip services rather than train employees. So they'd use a panel and pay for cheap links and sell them at a premium. Build a website and establish credibility and use that credibility to deliver the service at a premium. This is a much more involved process.

You can also invest your time and make money with your time and then invest the proceeds, but then you're the drop servicer and you're an employee and a business owner, and a manager. So the next goal would be to replace yourself with the money you've made from testing and improving the process.
Time is the stuff life is made of though so if you aren't making a huge premium over whatever you would ordinarily make with the money, or replacing yourself, it's a bad trade.
