How I reply on "want to buy " ? thx

Hey ,I am not familiar with here .can anyone tell me how I reply on "want to buy ", It always show "Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?" when I click reply button .

which level I should reach ? I searched FAQ .But I found nothing .

you would have to need suffiecient amount of post or rep

You need to be a member for a certain amount of days, and need a certain amount of posts, you can ask a mod (PM).
