How i remove spammy backlinks ?

You really don't need to do this anymore unless you have some very special case. Google zeroes the value of spammy backlinks now.

Do you have a manual action against your site?
 
How many spammy backlinks u have got. was it made intentionaly or wrong practice of seo.
 
You can't remove but disavow the links through Google Search Console. Also to ease the process, attach ahrefs with your G console account and process the links directly through ahrefs after filtering the low quality links.
 
I would just dilute it with better links or ignore them completely. I don’t disavow them anymore as I’ve never seen any impact. Ended up deleting my disavow file and just focused on making better content. And traffic has only been improving.
 
You can disavow spammy backlinks, as mentioned above. These days, however, Google does not consider spammy links. If you want, you can ignore them and focus on relevant content and quality links instead.
 
If you have huge links that are spammy, Instead of disavow. Just update your content,posting the articles and building links with low spam high potent diverse links. Before that disavow the one which highly affect your site
 
You can remove them using Google Seach Console.
