How I ranked a Customer under 4 weeks ! [FULL METHOD INSIDE]

A question. I thought it was bad practice to blast trackbacks with links directly back to money pages. Isnt there a risk of sandboxing. I tend to blast one tier above the money site

Well apparently it isn't such a bad practice. I use them to fast index a website. Sandboxing is a risk for any kind of backlinks to money site so you have to use it wisely and know before how many links a list will produce.

@brit4cpa thanks a lot for your kind words.

1)Well i charge according the timeframe given which would lead to a peculiar work load and then i apply a kind of coeficient according to the benefits the ranking will provide

2) For the letter, i would have to wait, as the customer needs another keywords ranked but under 3 weeks this time, it will be more complicated to achieve. I have deployed another strategy but a bit more risky.

Last time i did it, i get a kind of sandbox for like 3 months but i hope that with the work i produced before google is used to backlinks and wouldn't behave the same.

You'll know if it worked when you'll see this thread : "How i rank a customer under 3 weeks ! " :D

@itshere : I'm a bit busy these days so i would have to be quick to answer you :

1) for the images you should get something like this :

PHP:
<a href="link" title="kw of your link" alt="kw variance of your link"><img src"image" title="kw + quick title relevant to the image" alt="kw variance +quick variance title for the image" /></a>

2) Yes, i would recommand a quick sum up of your links in the footer especially if you don't use the sidebar for this purpose. On my blogs i use some links in sidebar, and some secondary ones within the footer, manually prompted.

You can edit the footer.php file for this purpose.

All I can say is AWESOME JOB!!!

Love these threads that goes into so much details...

Thanks And Have A Blessed One...

@Bestbuyfoam : Thanks for your kind words :)

For those who are interested, the second KW i'm trying to rank within 3 weeks is looking good. This morning it moved from 120th or something to 17th overnight.

I'll make a new thread about the method used, as it is mainly an off site SEO work.

Hi
i have a question.
what articles did you use for wikis and AMR (autospin)? and how many?

Hi
i have a question.

Articles wise, well as i'm in a short term basis for that peculiar KW, what i do is that i go to any article directory, type a related keyword, plug into the best spinner and i make a spun article with the push of a button. (the only quick work i do is i blacklist the keywords and their synonyms in tbs)

1 spun article = 1 blast.
TO be honest those articles are pure craps not even readable.
I used them for AMR, wiki posting (not stolen ones where i had nothing to write except changing the link) and some web 2.0 properties. (wordpress / blogger)

For the squidoo pages, edu blogs, edu profiles, and all high value links, i write articles my self. It isn't perfect and far from it, but it is unique and it takes me maybe 15 minutes per article.

I used a method that i call relative SEO which consist in doing a full evaluation of the 1st of a query including on site factors and backlinks analysis.

:bad:

noobs take note!!!

Hello abysse,

If I wanted to hire to work on our site SEO, would you be willing to do so? Please let me know.

Thanks

This looks like a great method and something that I want to implement for a site I have. I'm hoping to start this in the next few days and finish it within a week, and when I do so I will post the results here.

I'm doing this because I know I love it when other people post their methods and even more people provide backup proof that the method really does work. Not that I'm doubting at all, but it's always good to see this work for a number of people in different competition and niches :)

+REP as well

So putting an alt tag in ahref is relevant now? Never thought of doing this, Has anyone else been doing that?

Not sure if you mentioned this how old was the domain? Or whats the recommended age for the domain using these tips

So, i have added a footer, with most of the links of the website with the keyword in titles and a variance in alt.

I watched a video recently in which the guy explained how he thinks links in a footer are devalued because they are overused for keyword stuffing and they are below the fold so therefore deemed to be secondary links or less important than your core navigation.

The guy also went on to describe how a client came to him with a huge site that wasn't doing well in the SERPS, all he did was remove the footer links (they had a lot and were keyword stuffing in them) and within 3 weeks the site made massive jumps in the SERPS.

I cant verify any of this and have not tested it myself its just something that stuck in my mind from watching the video, its one of the Mozcon videos shared on here somewhere.

Social Bookmarking is working greatly to fix google dance.

I second that :)

Like your first note. Seldom do you find a client who's not very giddy on ranking on the first pages of search engines. An improvement is enough for them to trust you with your work. Kudos to you abysse.
