I'll be deleting this in a couple days, and for your own good and mine please don't post it elsewhere. The sooner google notices it the sooner they start to prevent it.
The limits I'm working with are 8 accounts per device, 5 per phone number
I am using an iphone 5s
I prefer burners to callmask but I sometimes need both
My steps:
1. Sign up for a google voice number (+5 verifies on instagram)
2. Download the app Burners or Callmask from the appstore
3. Use google voice to verify the burners or callmask app account
IMPORTANT: Don't let the app chose a random number. Search a phone area code in a few cities or if you know yours enter it and see if they have numbers for it
4. Open or create new gmail account
5. Go to register with google voice on the new account and get a number
6. When it asks for your phone number, enter in the callmask or burner numbers. When you have entered in the number, you'll have the option to call and the 2-digit code will be displayed onscreen. Mark the phone as mobile in the drop down menu
7. In a new tab, go to google+(sign up if you haven't already) with the first account you used and click the triple navigation bar and select hangouts
8. Go back to the screen you reached in step 6. Select call me now
9. Switch to the tab you created in step 7. If you are in hangouts, you should be receiving the call. Allow Google voice to access your microphone and when you answer the call, follow the instructions the robot reads to you. You basically press 1 to accept the call and enter the 2 digit code to verify
What you did here was use a google voice account to activate a different google voice account, giving you the ability to PVA as many instagram accounts as you want. You can't usually verify a google voice number using another google voice number, so that's why we used a masking service.
To repeat the process, just logout of the disposable numbers account. Both apps give free 7 daytrials for every phone number you verify with them, so you can let them expire without any problems.
Note: I have verified accounts using a burner number before. This was hit or miss - some numbers worked while others did not. If they work, it's an extra +5 verifications.
