I am a venture capitalist, but I made the money in what me my friends call 'alternative trading'. Basically you put your money in higher-risk, higher-reward type deals. These are my buys this year, non-paper assets and non-investment vehicles that still make plenty of dough:

Bitcoins:
- peer to peer crypto currency, very volatile but high returns and little to no fees

FAIE.X
- virtual god, can't lose 50% of it's value from reducing quantity over time, safer, owned by Forget About It Enterprise

Terra coin
- peer to peer crypto currency like bitcoin, commercial version, less volatile than bitcoin but returns aren't as high, safer

Gold
- the real commodity, old-fashioned but still relevant, bought them cheaply

Hope it helped! :)

EDIT: For example I bought 10,000 x from FAIE.X for $0.03 each, the current price dropped $0.02 and is trading at $0.10 at the moment, however since the highest point was $0.12, the price can't ever drop below $0.06 now. I hope that wasn't too hard to understand.

Ok. It's good that you made money with the currencies you mentioned, but I am still (after reading a few times) trying to figure out exactly how you helped anyone.....

It's one thing if you say hey, buy this currency on this site, and sell it on that site for double. But that is not the case.....

If you were trying to keep someone from getting an std, and you knew a person who had the std you wouldn't say "hey, I keep from getting std's because I don't have sex with certain people. Hope that helps"..... You would tell them who has the std.....

Anyways, thanks for the read I guess :)

That's not exactly what I meant sorry!

I was trying to convey this idea of rather than depend on someone's "method" which I didn't quite fully understand why people were posting how they made thousands of dollars online and then share it for free, think outside the box and treat it like a business, rather than think of it as a money-making scheme.

You proved a good point, I will clarify in the future thanks! :)

Warning***
I don't know if this is the case but I think the "Forget about it Enterprise" is our own OP's website. Sure the domain is registered in 1995 but it can be bought(On the website itself it mentions Copyright 2011-now" So it is definitely a second or possibly third hand domain. Check there are only two spam backlinks, Facebook page had 18 likes and now it's not available.
and how the OP defends the value will never go down 50% how is it possible? If the company goes out of money there is no way it can maintain a 50% fixed rate. Be VERY careful and vigilant about investing online on such shady websites.

Besides that site looks like a pirated copy of some generic wordpress theme.

Cool tips buddy. There are some things I never heard of so I will make some research, sounds interesting :D

Lol are you serious? It's not an investment, it's a place to store your money -maybe you should actually read the information. Besides Why would I need a website?

I'm glad I could of helped those who needed it, if you have any questions just ask! :)

Well, FAIE.X is using paypal, so that may help with scamming I suppose...

But WTF is it? An online commodity for online savings?

How exactly have you made money with it, if you would please share...

Well FAIE.X is kind of like virtual gold, people buy it at one price and then sell it when the price goes up. I bought it at $0.03 a pop and it is currently being sold for $0.09 -so when I do decide to cash out, when I feel that I need the money then I would be able to sell it for a higher price than I originally paid for it. They make their money by taking a 10% commission fee when you buy and their is no commission for when you sell (it's all in the documentation if you had read it).

What's unique about it, is it can't lose half of it's value as they regulate how much can be bought and sold. If the value does begin to drop then they will buy so many x and remove it from the market thus reducing it's value and making it more scarce for the initial price +10%.

It's just another place to put your money instead of people like me who have to pay hefty bank fees and so forward. I do prefer buying bitcoins to be honest, but at the moment the amount of volatility in them has me asking is it worth the risk.
I hope it's not a scam, although I already have cashed out $300 worth of them (which what I initially put in the first place) with no trouble, so I'm pretty confident it isn't.

It's like you guys have heard of crypto currency and gold, but none of you have heard of virtual gold or commodities before?

Thanks a lot man, glad I found this site.

However could you tell me a bit more about the bitcoins? I was wondering if it's possible to tell when a good time to buy the bitcoins is. How do I know if the current cost is a low or a high?

Bitcoins are essentially a crypto currency you can use to buy and trade anonymously. It's a newer currency that has been speculated a lot recently so the price is rather volatile. I will PM you when I can with further info.

Do you know anyone selling Litecoins? I haven't seem to found anyone willing to sell for a decent price. Thanks in advanced!

You can try Litecoins (LTC) as well as Bitcoins.

FAIE.X isn't a virtual gold, it represents a number of donations at a price $x that differs according to how much money they make with the venture they are providing capital for. It's incredibly volatile like bitcoins and other "virtual gold" commodities, but I wouldn't go so far to say that it is.

Tl;dr
FAIE.X is crowd financing.

I get it Donjong, I get it. Just get off my other computer lol!
You're just mad because I bought 10,000x at $0.03 and now the price is $2.30! haha!

See for yourself if you don't believe me, $10 by the end of the year I reckon if they keep it up:

I will get off your computer now.

I don't know what's more of an insult, the fact that people think you can run a company when you can't tie your own shoes or the fact that you call yourself a Venture Capitalist when you use your trust fund to gamble on risky venture.

Either way. Lets go get lunch.

as I understand it you're making a donation on fai? No way to sell your 'shares' and trying to buy them leads to a (donation) payment.

Of course you can sell your 'X', although it takes longer than say, the stock market as they have to fill the order. Selling isn't a problem, but buying can be extremely difficult as they limit the amount to be sold. Everyone seems to hang onto them, I've only been able to buy 100 of them at $2 since they have gone up.

Too sell all you have to do is contact FAIE and say you want to sell, then they'll find someone who wants to buy.

TL;DR
Selling is easy, Buying is hard.
