What are the chances that FileServe doesn't pay you, since all the files you are uploading are against their TOS because they are infringing upon someone else's copyrighted work?

You try to stay away from big sites content like Bra**ers and Ban**us. Any other site wont really care. If anybody has any questions or needs more detailed info hit me up on Y! goonsqaud28.

I dont understand what you dont understand. The only tedious thing about this is waiting for the porn to upload(clips not pics). I do this with like 3 boards and pull close to 5 bucks so I can Imagine if I take the time and scale up.

I'm not sure why some people keep complaining in this thread. This is a pretty solid method that a lot of people are already doing. It's actually been shared on this forum before but a lot of those threads are pretty old now. So it's worth someone that's making some money from it to post it again occasionally to let everyone know it's still working.
This is a pretty solid method for newbies to start out with, especially if you just want to make a few dollars a day. There's actually a lot of more experienced people scaling this up and making a lot more than just 5 bucks. Instead of making exaggerated earnings claims, the OP is actually understating what you can make with this plan.
Anyone that's asking about what forums the OP is using, get a clue. He just gave you a pretty easy method to try, you aren't willing to even do the little amount of work it'll take to find your own list of forums? If he tells you his own list it would most likely cut into what he's making from this. He just gave you the bread and told you where to find the butter, you really expect him to butter the bread for you too? Seriously, if you can't manage that much then you might as well go back to WoW and start playing games again because IM isn't for you.
For the people who think this seems pretty simple, but aren't interested in porn; Well porn is always the easiest niche to get people's attention, but this method doesn't depend on it. You can do the same thing with things like game "tips & cheats" guides, "how to make money" guides, or anything else that people would be interested in. You just need to make sure that you're posting on the right forums for whatever niche you choose. You're best results might come with porn files, but if you scale it up a little then any niche will work.

This seems like something that could be scaled up with m turk... if you can make $5 and pay somebody $1 to do the work, why couldn't this be a $100 a day strategy if you upload 25 files a day at $4 profit per file?
Use sb or xrumer to scrape the forums. Create a spreadsheet and job in mturk. Bid $1 per hit, and let the money roll in.

I tried this with porn files and used scrapeboard to post to about 100 forums. I have already made a few dollars in a matter of hours. Not very impressive you might say but doing this on a massive scale could be very profitable. Branch out....multiple niches and bam easy money.

I just perused a few porn forums to see what people were downloading and it seemed that just about all the download links I ran across were to either oron.com or filesonic.com. I didn't see any to fileserve.com. Does anyone know why? From what I can tell by looking at the sites, their pay is about the same but fileserve pays weekly.

I still don't know why people sign up for those websites. They pay you $25 for a 500mb download for 1000 downloads. With the survey, which is probably atleast $1-survey, they make $1000 and give $25. Skip the whole middle-man, simply upload some porn and put your own CPA gateway over it. That will increase your earnings per 1000 downloads by 3900%.

Well People who are saying "put up gateways make more" You have to understand the difference here. IF you put gateway there ,doubfully too many will Download it if its not something really "Hard to find". Also you will most likely get banned where ever you posted. Think about it. i doubt theres even 1% coverstion if you have cpa gateway with porn for example.
Also you would need to host your files and lots of other problems. File sharing sites are offering all kind of tools.
PLUS if you use your brain a little i don't see why you couldn't easily work few days a week with this creating campaing and outsource or post with software for rest of week and chill out while you make money.
