How are you ranking the video...? I found a KW with 1,100 results in Youtube, and I've been stuck on page 3 for the past 2 days. I added views, likes, and comments.

Having the same problem, the only long tail keyword I could find was 1000 exact matches (best one I could find)

Also I had a question regarding keywords. My keyword I found looks pretty promising but does plurality and the order of keywords count? In other words if I'm trying to get ranked for the phrase "home remedy for back ache", would that easily beat out a video with 60k views with the title "home remedies for back aches", or "back ache home remedies"?





Also this is my first post :) I'm a member at WF but as a semi-newbie it just felt like they were CONSTANTLY trying to sell me something I didn't need. Hoping it's different here.

Since low number of views then it must the the backlinks, prolly have some asskicking high PR links.

For very low comp kw, sure you can rank without backlinks. If you want to step up your game and go after some higher comp kw then you're going to need backlinks just like ranking websites. Maybe there's already a video on the first page that you want to out rank because the payoff will the worth the effort, then you need to get more and better backlinks than your competition. Once you master backlinking, the sky is the limit.

It's not that really easy to find long tail keyword with low competition. An 8000 monthly searches keyword is already on a high level of competition. Almost any particular mix of popular keywords you put on youtube will give a corresponding video results.
 
Got one of my videos onto the first page on YT and second page on Google. Is this as far as it's going to get ranked? Or will Google keep updating the rank for a certain amount of time?

It will only continue to be ranked if people actively view it. It will lose rank if it is not viewed often and liked. Your best bet is to use a YT ranking service, like Vagex or u2bviews, and to also send social signals (links on twitter, google+, etc).

Thanks man, makes total sense. I am leery about purchasing backlinks as we all know what crappy backlinks can do. I still have not found a credible backlink vendor. I am always open to suggestions.

We're getting a little off track from the original post so I hope OP doesn't mind. Bookmarks are a good start and sometimes that's all it takes depending on the competition. Some very reputable providers right here in the BST section.
 
How long does it take for a campaign that you're promoting to show up in the "Analytics" section on CB?

I beleive OP was using a URL shorten-er with a direct link to the clickbank product landing page.

You should be seeing results instantly, as least that is my experience.

Long tail KW is a series of words combined to make your "main keyword" So 'i love to eat candy' is a long tail keyword, where as 'candy' is a kw.

'i love to eat candy' would be your target KW as well as your main KW.

in summary - Long tail KW's are a combination of words, not a single word.
 
If the shortened url is the CB landing page then you should see the stats within a day.

You were right bro. I looked more into, those videos have over 8.5 million unique domain backlinks each! Not sure how they got past the G net!
 
Well, I made my first video, uploaded it to youtube. I used five long tail keyword, I only but one in the description. so, is that a problem using more than one keyword ?

Thanks for this method, hope it'll convert to some fast cash !
