How I Make $200 A Day Playing A Video Game (Not A Guide)

As someone who not only plays WoW, but used to work for Blizzard Entertainment, and has been in the games industry for over a decade; OP isn't even remotely accurate. To make 400k gold a day in WoW at the minute you'd need a huge number of people working together, this isn't able to be done solo.

Interesting, 200$ off of playing games. I watched a documentary on someone who makes a killing selling stuff in online games. I always thought it was a stretch... Good to know there's money in these games.

I said it wasn't a guide. I didn't make this thread to promote a method because it wouldn't benefit me in any way. Yet, I'm happy to share because I enjoy giving, otherwise this thread wouldn't exist. I just wanted to share my experience and show the BHW community that this is an example that you can make money doing pretty much anything. My 12 year old cousin plays as well and he made $160 yesterday and saving up for a gaming computer (what else would a 12 year old pc gamer buy). This is sad considering most of the world believes making money with IM is impossible and many people in poor countries live off of $100 a month.

But we can only cry for so long right? Then its back to making money. (Joke)

Go look on youtube for "teenage millionaires" and you will come across hundreds of results (WARNING: it might depress you). Anyone can make money if you apply yourself for longer than 1-3 hours per day and actually TRY. No patience = no money. Fact.

The fact that you're saying this is inaccurate means that you are calling my experiences inaccurate as well, which is laughable. I have tons of payment proof and you can PM and ask for the proof if you'd like, but I wouldn't want to share my personal information on a public forum so I am not posting it in this thread.

Their will always be people out there like you who warn others from attempting success. I'm not saying this is your intention, but I notice this is common around here on BHW.

NEVER tell ANYONE, especially newbies, to not make an attempt. You have to take risks and try EVERYTHING or you will fail regardless because you never even attempted in the first place.

I'm not telling people to play games to make money or do this method. I'm telling everyone to apply themselves and do everything. Do as much as you can. If you want to be a millionaire, you're going to need more than 10 streams of income.

P.S. 400k is not that much money in the game. I know tons of people who have millions of gold. They all made it solo. Your post makes me question whether or not you actually worked for blizzard xD

Google my name, I unlike you, am not bothered about people knowing who I am on the internet.

To make millions of gold takes time. You're saying you're making 400k per day, which as 1 person isn't possible or sustainable, farming that much gold isn't possible for 1 person in game. Even if you're getting a Blackrock Bulwark drop per day (Arguably most valuable BoE item drop in the game) they only sell for around 50k, and also have a 0.2% drop rate, and is a random world drop.

I am not saying don't try, people should put effort into everything they do. I'm saying the information you're giving is misleading, suggesting that $200 a day is doable with World of Warcraft.

Your information is incorrect.

It's 3-21% which is very high. And this is just one drop out of five.

My method gets me one peice of BoE every 30 minutes doing LFR list group. I run these groups for 30 minutes until I get a drop. These sell for 20-50k each. A few hours of work should net you 400k+ easy. A lot of times, I get 2 pieces from one run. So thats basically double.

Please stop misleading the forum by saying my content is misleading. I did this solo, it's actually slower when you do it with more people because then you need to split loot AND money.

You are going off an incorrect train of thought, while I'm going off pure experience. I think I know what wins.

Even if this method didn't work (it does work), then you would find a new way to make gold. I have had other methods in the past that earned me around the same amount so their are always ways to make money off this game. People even sell arena carries, raid clears, achievements, etc and earn hundreds per day. Please do more research. Gold isn't the only thing being sold in this game.

Myself when I were 12 I made 100$ a day owning 20 mid-high level accounts in a game and using a paid bot (5$month) and a few vps. game were played by only 20k fellow players (Tibia)
