With those skills, you can surely make more than $20.

It all comes down to how well you sell yourself tho. Come up with a justifiable rate and start building your portfolio! :)

make blog Using good niche and write about 50 unique articles and promote site and do best seo . apply to adsens and you can make easy 20$ mate :)

This is the smartest thing to do. It's what most people on this forum do if they aren't selling BS sites and PBN links.

Yes but that's need for some money to invest in creating articles (paying for a native english speaker to write for me could be expensive ) if you want a good content
I guess the best way to start without investing is to work as a freelancer
