I like the bit about hire staff to do, not think because they will leave you with your methods. I am in that boat right now.
 
I really understand all things and what it need to done is dedication and concentration. Where I lack most of time.
I am hard worker even work at the nigh as well but the problem with me is I get distract so early and end with laziness.
What would you suggest me to do about this?
