I would rather tweak this a little and go for something more sophisticated:
1. Wordpress blog with latest google trends topic. (Movie trailer, book release...)
2. CPA offers from authentic sites.
3. Content locker script, or may be there are some free scripts going around (cheapish design)
4. Get a free host to host your blog.
5. Upload a torrent as per OP's instruction.
6. Enjoy the dough man !!
7. Rinse and repeat.

Sharecash is for noobs... But if you still wish to stay as one then you may also try your hand at:

Uploadpay - Upload kinda stuff
Ploose - Dating kinda stuff
AzoogleAds - Genuine CPA

Sounds good.. but getting traffic to site is main issue and TPB sovles it out.

Regarding the torrents. Youll get the most traffic from TPB but they have the toughest moderators,so consider trying other torrent sites also. What you can do is analyze in what day time your torrents lives the most and check Pirate Bay forum on https://forum.suprbay.org/ when my friend was doing movies,he got one guy constantly flagging his torrents on that forum.

THE MOST IMPORTANT IS: You cant sell 20mb trailer like its a full movie,so you have to add some junk size on it.Of course thats in case you have fast internet connection and can share 700mb files. Name of this program and other tips Ill save for our users but you can PM me.
