I tried this method prior to seeing this thread...
I did what OP was talking about, basically just posted a deal & linked it to my amazon ID.
but I found out the next day my website didn't get accepted to their program (too basic / had nothing about amazon)

Any ideas on a workaround... or should I just put some relevant info on the site?

Just throw up some relevant content rip it from Ezine if you have to
 
You must do with your own twist to avoid fast ban from fatwallet as they don't like affiliate link. Create as much possible gmail account using some tools found here and start to make some money. Don't forget always to change your IP too.
 
This is actually against amazon's TOS as revised 2 months ago. Expect them to start banning / removing credit for forum referrals starting this month now that they've had the customary 2 month grace period for new rules.

You're risking your amazon account now. Be careful.

Interesting technique, hopefully it wont get overly spammed like so many other "revelations" on BHW :D
 
i try this for 3 days and nothing.
i tried to cloak aff link with their link service at bit.ly called amzn.to,i tried to post details and attach a pdf file with some text in it and a button with the aff link in it,i tried hiding with google like candybar say and nothing.in seconds my link are removed and i get a warning or ban.

every new topic is moderated.i will try to comment on others topics and put there a link or pdf file.

i think u must post some legit deals for a while to gain trust.maybe that way new threads started will not be moderated right away.

is there anyone who still do this and have results?
 
I like the screenshot and method. It seems pretty straightforward ...

on fatwallet they have a bot that checks links in posts.that fucker erase everything.
if i start a new topic a moderator is checking if everything is ok.if they see an aff link,or sort link they erase your topic or they change the link.

fuck if i know other methods.seem like nothing is working.i`m sure there must be a way but i`m stuck right now.
i will keep searching for this and post my results
 
on fatwallet you should just post the direct link and then go back after like 20 minutes and change link to your aff link.

Seems alot of work for nothing.Better way to start some FB fan page or auto blogs,cpa etc
 
when you first post they threaten you with a fine of $5,000

do te really fine or is to scare ppl
 
1. This should not be wrong... if i find a good deal why shouldnt i get credit.

2. My links dont work on slickdeals. (I actually find deals... its fun for me) anybody know a work around? I tried bit.ly but the links never work
