I kow that but here in Poland are only 2 cpa networks and I can't transfer money from american CPA networks straight to my bank.. and now I checked that I have no competition in polish keywords, sites and youtube so I'm the first with this method in this niche. For better understandig this: IM in USA and UK is like 70 year old man but in Poland is like 3 months old baby - so I have no competition in every niche :D

If you have a look at the tables, nearly 50% of all players are US players. They also have a Freeroll Tournament only for U.S. Players.

The account is free. They use it to very you as a real person. After that you can withdraw the money to the supported payment processors or methods. Very simple. You can see it on the mainpage what they support.
 
I can't register as an affiliate? I filled up all the spots, I hit the "next" button and the page refreshes and I'm still one the same page :/ How can I fix that?

I didn't get any error.. I clicked the next button and the page just refeshed. I'm on the firts step all the time :( FUCK! The money is layin behind the screen and I can't do a flying Fuck with it :(
