The "friends and family" option is used to send personal payments between PayPal accounts. Unfortunately, residents of India no longer have the option of gifting money via a personal payment, so you would need to send a payment to the seller by following these steps:

- Enter the email address or mobile phone number of the person you are sending the money to.
- Enter the amount of money you wish to send, and choose the currency from the list.
- Select “Goods”, “Services”, or “eBay Items”, depending on your purchase.

Yes it is. Well, if you have the knowledge (basic html, css, some php), or use theme generators.
Most of these themes are by the same developers anyway.
They use them over and over again.
First it's a theme for hairdressers, change some graphics, and boom,
you have a theme for beauty centers. Change graphics and boom, nail saloons...
Big business!

Yes, using 2007 facebook account and posted in just 6 groups and all the rest work in comments, it's okay to spam comments a bit if you don't use any links, and i just made 15 sale in totalAnd all this in just 2 days

For those saying his paypal will get limited... Who cares?
He should be cashing them out asap to something like bitcoin or his own bank account.
He will eventually get limited as everyone does. However, at that point, it will be a small business expense to pay $35 for another fully verified stealth account.

People will come up with any excuse not to take action. This seems too much like work so they don't want to do it. They just want tools that make them passive income on auto-pilot and they want you to install them for them
