I've wasted lots of times with schemes like this and others i've seen or come up with myself...you can usually always make a quick buck, but it is nothing in terms of what you could make creating truly good content for a site that will retain its value as it grows...

lol. its not a long term method. very old now. these types of sites have probably implemented further security measures by now.
