OP did you make a mistake in your title ? Is it $3k or $300k ?
Ive got 6 apartments, in theory you could make good money with it, but there’s times also where you earn nothing and property will still cost

Remember crypto nfts is an extremely risky niche to invest in.
Also there will be another bayc /yuga is very small.
Their image is grassroots web3, but they are funded by the same old venture capitalists as most of the big 2.0 giants .
They just deployed another 4.5 billion to invest in web3 and crypto .
Also if you were searching for the next bayc, there were multiple yuga nft products /drops that were all successfull you could have invested in?
Mutant apes, otherside, bored ape kennel club ..
