How I Know a site has been hit by google ?

Hey guys , one of my friends have a site that since april has NO impressions and NO Clicks , checked robot txt file it's good , checked the google search console no it shows no manual actions have been taken , there are some problems in the schema part, however nothing is obvious to say that it's the main thing causing the problem .

oh and also all t content is AI generated , however it shows no manual actions on the GSC .

With no impressions for 4 months, it's a serious topic. Have the sitemap.xml been uploaded?
Are any pages indexing (or the home page?)
Check with site: command like

I have had a similar issue with my site since Feb 2023. 350 articles on an expired domain with DA 38 with very high quality links. 60 artiles show indexed in GSC but when doing site: it only shows 2 and the homepage that show up. Maybe with all the AI google is slow to index new sites? Or we are still in a sandbox phase. SEO has taught me even if google does not index the site, keep it and it may one day just explode. Websites/blogs are a 100% long term strategy.
 
Sudden Drop in Organic Traffic: A significant and sudden decrease in the amount of organic (non-paid) traffic from Google search results could indicate that the site's rankings have been negatively impacted.
 
Got today also a mega drop (-40%) drop on organic results, last couple of month busy with AI generated text...

Check the manual actions tab inside of GSC.

Attempt to get all of the posts indexed by submitting them to GSC and posting the links on social media.

Does the site have any errors that you know of, have you done a site audit?
 
If your posts have hard time getting indexed on Google, It wont be easy to rank them, Just my personal opinion. Hope you understand what i am trying to say here.
 
Looks like an update hit, delete some content, rework existing content, fire some strong backlink and ask your friend to wait and see if it recovers if not move on to a other sites
 
You should Enter "site:yourdomain.com" in Google then If no results show, your site might be deindexed.there are Some tools like Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs can give insights into backlinks, domain authority changes, and rankings you can check it out.

Check Google Webmaster Tools for any warning messages; Otherwise, the content may be problematic. Check the content quality. Try to avoid using AI content. Add some handwritten-quality content and see if it gets indexed or not.
 
First your Domin will get Deindex you can check it with site:domain.com operator and if still your site is in rank and lose rank in serp rank or traffic, you need to remove bad spam links and remove thin spam content from your site and re-submit your pages to GSC after making changes after 2-3 months your site will start getting in rank again...!
