Switching to mints was a life-saving move, but 16 packs a month is too much sugar or sweetener for your heart and stomach. Try to cut the habit in half so you don't replace one addiction with another.
just so everyone knows i see a heart specialist every December
since 2021 - they run blood tests on my cholestrol which
currently atands at 2.7 that is a combo of good/bad cholestrol
2.7 is considered low .
as for my blood sugar i asked the doc to explain the numbers
in terms of to much sugar....
he said the following. the numbers 36-44 is pre diabetic
44 and over is DIABETIC. he knows i eat lots of MINTS
he said only once in 5 yrs was i close to diabetic with a
score of 44, that was 2021 - my current blood sugar score
is 36, he told me this Dec 2025 both my sugar/cholestrol
are within exceptable norms. even with all my mints
throw in taking 4 heart medication tablets a day
+ 2 vitD tablets a day - 1 vitamin c tablet a day.
20kmg of omega fish oil a day. and 45kmg of
garlic oil a day......
im keeping the mints and i hold up well for 56
