For the title, you can just follow the rules. It doesn't change everyday. But once they have some update, let adapt to it and you're good to go.

Actually, that's because Facebook prioritizes protecting the system from non-transparent behavior. When a new advertising account is created and Meta doesn't have data to evaluate its reputation, the system will automatically limit it. After running stably for a while, the account will be loosened.
