I don't know if this is a good method or if I have just been very lucky. I have been creating a lot of youtube accounts lately.
One thing I noticed after I have deleted my cookies and cache and loaded up a new proxy, is that if I go to youtube directly via the address bar and click create account, I seem to always get asked to do the phone verification.
If I enter youtube via google, watch a video then click create account, it never ever asks me for phone verification.
Like I say, I don't know if I have been lucky all these times, but it may be worth a try for you guys.
